PDL Weber Delta Program

 Hewlett-Packard (HP) would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming delta program for aAll-in-One Officejet Pro Color Business Printer or a Single-Function Officejet Pro Color Business Printer.  A delta program is a unique opportunity for you to evaluate and provide feedback on your experience with a new product concept. The printer you would receive has many powerful features to enhance your printing experience. If you are selected to participate in this test you will receive, at no cost to you, a printer and ink supplies to completely evaluate the product.

We are primarily looking for
small business (10+ employees) users who print frequently and will also use the other capabilities of the product.  The evaluation period will last approximately 8 weeks starting the beginning of March 2016 and run through the end of April 2016.

During the 8-week evaluation period, you will be asked to test the product's performance in your environment using the delta business printer.  You will be asked to provide your feedback through a few online surveys.  If you run into any problems or have suggestions on how to improve the product, you will be asked to submit these problems or suggestions as well.

Note: To participate, you must be available to test the printer from the beginning of March 2016 through the end of April 2016. (Web registration required, see below.) If selected, you will be notified of acceptance into this program in the next few weeks. 

After the evaluation period, everyone who completes all applicable To Dos and Surveys within the specified time frame, will receive the printer and it's full warranty as a thank you for your time.

 
        
 

Program Requirements

  
 

We are looking for evaluators who:

  • Currently use an HP Officejet Pro AiO or a Single Function printer or intend to purchase an All-in-One or Single Function printer in the next 6 - 12 months.
  • Have a need for PDL driver printing (HD PDL6, HP PCL 5c,HP Postscript and a few others)
  • Are part of a small business (10+ employees) with an office outside of your home and need an All-in-One or Single Function printer.
  • Use common applications and print common documents (emails, spreadsheets, marketing collateral etc.)
  • Can spend three to five hours per week evaluating the product
  • Willing to provide feedback online about your experience
  • Are available and willing to participate in the program from the beginning of March 2016 through the end of April 2016.
  • Possibly do a site visit.   We would appreciate you making yourself available towards the end of the program by indicating your willingness to participate in a site visit in the User Profile.
